Except as otherwise provided in the treaty to which Nepal or the Government of Nepal is a party, the Government of Nepal shall have the right to renounce or partially or totally suspend or release the suspension of such treaty and Article 4 of such treaty or Article 279 of the Constitution. If it is related to the treaty mentioned in sub-section (2), the relevant information should be given to the Legislature-Parliament.
